FACES OF DEATH “Stand Up And Face Death” CD - Obscure 90’s death grind treasure unearthed and given a much-deserved discography reissue. Always enjoyed their tracks from the classic “I Kill What I Eat” compilation and the rest of this stuff is equally as scummy. I.R.F. “Discography 1995-1997” LP - Tragically under-appreciated 90’s gem gets the deluxe reissue they deserve. Raw but powerful, fast as hell and bursting at the seams with savage enegry! Excellent artwork and insert booklet. If you dig classic early NAPALM DEATH inspired grindcore, you’ll absolutely dig the shit out of this. (FOAD Records)
LEPROPHILIAC “Mil Gritos Tiene La Noche” EP - Current kings of disgusting death grind abuse serve up a solid ten minutes of mutilation. Twice as heavy as it is ugly; non-stop cranial collapse and general human rot. More repugnant than a septic tank full of partially digested human remains but still totally memorable and oddly catchy!
